Diamond Point Homes is a company that provides investors with an option to earn hassle-free, passive income through multifamily investing. As a syndication, our job is to thoroughly vet investment opportunities, manage the day-to-day operations, and execute a carefully curated business plan.  

 

Our team works with a number of investors to pool together capital in order to leverage the benefits of scale and maximize returns. Investing with a syndication is an opportunity for regular, busy people to invest in real estate without missing a beat in their daily lives.

White knuckle gripped to the steering wheel in between morning daycare and her first meeting of the day, Diamond Point Homes founder Kathy Jang had had enough. Every day looked the same as she rushed through the already fleeting moments trying to get where she needed to be. She was burning the midnight oil daily and feeling entirely run down. 

 

Kathy was living in a perpetual cycle of sitting in Bay Area commute traffic, maintaining a high achieving professional role, and trying to be a great mom and wife. Through the hustle and bustle of the proverbial rat race, she felt disconnected, exhausted, and stressed, topped off with the debilitating weight of parent guilt.  

 

Lacking the life fulfillment she so desired, Kathy knew she had a decision to make. She couldn’t stand the idea of waiting until she was 65 to retire, as she understood that tomorrow is never promised. Kathy needed “someday” to be “now,” and she pursued alternative options.

Scaling her passive income through multifamily investments allowed Kathy to achieve financial freedom while she was still young enough to enjoy it. Her investments gave her the opportunity to drop out of the rat race, better control her time, and create a more purposeful life. Now, Kathy’s schedule works in her favor. When she is not helping others create a life of financial freedom through real estate, she is spending intentional time with her husband and their two young sons, actively engaging in her community, and living her best life.
