We use a data driven approach to determine our target markets. We analyze metrics such as population growth, median household income growth, median house value increase, crime, price to rent ratio, and job growth.

PROPERTY CLASS

We invest in Class B and C+ properties, which allow for greater cash flow and value-add opportunities.

PROPERTY SELECTION

We target multifamily value-add opportunities where we can have scale and maximize investor returns.
